It’s June 5th and that means it’s 605 Day, a day to celebrate South Dakota. We are brewing West Side Park and we made ourselves a little lunch with the mash tun grain heat.

Today we received mail from Vancouver, Washington. Nita sent us a letter and a felt piece that was attached to her mom’s bowling uniform in the fifties. Their sponsor was “Ben Brew Beer.” Thanks, Nita! 🎳🍻

Kayak Cruiser Raspberry is back on tap at Brew Station today. It was brewed again as a collaboration with our friends over at XIX Brewing in Vermillion. It’s a lemon raspberry shandy. 4.5% ABV.
