Hop Nation Brewing Company (HNBC) is a new brewery in mid-development by Master Brewer Ben Grossman. What separates this brewery from 99.9% of the others is focusing on Washington agricultural products, specifically Yakima Valley Hops and Columbia Valley grain, and their relationship to award winning beer. HNBC will provide truly unique beers and fun experiences in a historic building nearly a cen

tury old. in the Commercial Business District (CBD) of Yakima, Wa. will also be used for a hop, beer and wine analytical laboratory testing. Hop Nation Brewing Company will offer a tasting room to share with you its tasty, fresh, and uniquely hand-crafted brews. Eventually, a restaurant will be opened to accentuate the quality beers on draught and in bottle. When finished, we invite you to come taste our impeccable beers containing uncompromisingly superior flavors in the name of you Yakima, Washington, the “Hop and Fruit Capital of the World." Well, I guess it’s time to address the questions and the comments. Hop Nation was set to endure an extended closure (or business ups and owns), but not a pandemic. After 6 years, I’ve decided that Hop Nation, as it stands, can no longer endure the storm. The company will either be restructuring through new ownership (recipes might make it through the storm) or simply closed. To the patrons that came in or want to continue to support a local business, new ownership is around the corner so keep checking in for their opening date. Thank you all for the great times. It was a blast.
