Hey everyone, HAPPY NEW YEAR!! We don't want to say too much..but, Slapback started our 2020 in the studio.
We laid an awesome bed track for a video we are going to be shooting.

If you are local "Wilmington area" or can come for the shoot, please get back to us...

We are looking for ALL awesome people... But especially, if you were, are, ever planned to be, or just thought about being a beauty queen... We would LOVE to hear from you...

What can i say. Thank you to Mark and all the amazing friends at Beale Street Barber Shop in Wilmington, NC. The spirit of the musician community is alive and well there. We had a nice evening "rockin' out"- had so great dancers for "Slapback boogie" ... it was a fun evening. I enjoyed seeing people up front smiling and laughing at our foolishness- while enjoying our music. thanks for all who attended...

One of our desires is to produce and perform alternative, jam - styled, new and fresh, rock music.

Being that we are "teenagers wearing well seasoned suits", we want to represent our "dirt and air"; the generations we have experienced, with an authenticity of the heart.

Playing "Katy's" this past weekend gave us an opportunity to perform before a small, yet utterly diverse crowd of characters.

Rocking with us were "Dreads" to business suits, from Ukraine to the "Back Hollar", student to retired, black, white, and everything in between...

The fact we were so well received speaks to the vision we in Slapback Rock Band, all share.
"You get back what you put out", not an "eye for eye" but "a passion for a passion."

Indeed, may we ALL enjoy a prosperous and healthy 120, we only have each other, our beliefs, and each moment as it passes.

Join us in this journey! Let us all enjoy life as we endure to overcome the little enemy who's purpose is to restrain and cause fear....

FEAR not!!! Look beyond! Know your potential, feel the LOVE in your heart...
