Relying on more-than a dozen years of experience as an analytical biochemist in the biotechnology industry, “Drowsy Daddy Nanobrewery” was founded in 2012 to mindfully brew small-batch custom handcrafted beers for any and all occasions. Because all of the brewing operations are conducted at night (after the brewmaster’s kids are in bed), his wife suggested the “Drowsy Daddy” name. The newly coined

word “Nanobrewery” came from his coworkers and friends, who noted that his brewery was much smaller than a microbrewery.
