World's First & Only Cheez-It Jukebox which was featured at the Cheez-In Diner. This is the only jukebox on the planet that plays for Cheez-It crackers instead of coins. The jukebox has a catalog of retro records from the 50s and 60s.

What a 4 years it's been. Dixon Roadside is so much more than a restaurant. We accomplished and learned more than we could have ever imagined. It's not goodbye, it's see ya later.

After 4 years in our original location in Woodstock we’ve decided that this chapter of Dixon Roadside is coming to an end.

While we are so proud of what we’ve accomplished here in this unique space, we’ve decided that it’s time for Dixon Roadside to hit the road so it can cruise into a new chapter eventually.


This has been a bittersweet decision for us. From our inception we’ve watched our staff and alumni grow up, go off to school, graduate law school, and open businesses of their own. Each one made a lasting impact on Dixon Roadside and for that, we are so thankful. We are also so grateful to our customers and community members who have supported us and made each day a memorable one.

On the bright side, we are really excited to be able to focus on all the projects we have in the works. Stay tuned for new things from our sister restaurant Phoenicia Diner and a new chapter for Dixon Roadside. We’re focusing our efforts on developing our space on Route 28 in Shokan, placing our next diner in its new home, getting our Phoenicia Diner pancake mix out into the world, catering, and expanding both of our brands at local events and festivals.
