Established in 2019, Taylor Brooke Brewery sits on 27 acres of land and is the first Brewery and Taproom located in historic Woodstock, Connecticut. A true passion project many years in the making: Taylor Brooke Brewery sits adjacent to Taylor Brooke Winery & Vineyard and continues the family tradition of true hospitality and commitment to delicious drinks. Owner and head brewer Ralph Fiegel combines his impressive culinary background and years of experience in the world of brewing to deliver unforgettable recipes with fun and unique flavors that appeal to beer and wine drinkers alike.
