We're a microbrewery and taproom that opened September 2016 in Woodridge, a western suburb of Chicago. A skeleton key is a single key that can open many different doors—which is what we aspire to be. Our taproom is one such door, through which you can find delicious beer, camaraderie and community. Our classes are another, through which you can develop an even deeper appreciation for craft beer an

d get into the nitty-gritty of how to make it. And our incubator is the third door, through which a several other breweries have made their own dream of opening a brewery a reality.

Our Skeleton Mage Society continues to grow...and it's the first Monday of the month, which means tonight you, too, can join its ranks. The Skeleton Mage Society Presents: Magic Mondays at SKB!

Join us for some free-to-play, Commander-style MtG gaming tonight (21+ only). Our experienced players will get you set up in an appropriate pod so you can sling spells n chug suds w some new buds.

It's Sunday, May 31st and that means its time for our Garden Party Plant + Artisan Market at SKB!

There's no need to dress fancy for this Garden Party! Come as you are and join us in checking out over 15 amazing plant and plant/garden-themed artisan vendors from 12-4pm! Here's a sneak peek at who you'll be seeing there:

The SKB taproom is open from noon to 11pm this evening and we have not only a killer taplist of beers today (as well as an awesome selection of 4-packs to-go) but also a wonderful night ahead!

First off, at 5pm Nestor and the always incredible Grumpy Gaucho Food Truck will be pulling up to serve all the tasty empanadas and churros you can handle!

And then at 730pm, our new friend Emily Wendy Music hits the Den stage to play an evening of covers and originals! Come grab a bite and a pint this evening and help us support local music... YOU deserve it!

It's finally Friday and you're almost free!!! Come on out for a pint and enjoy some patio time tonight, taproom is open from 4pm to 11pm 😃

We also get to welcome a NEW food truck this evening, Kings Kuisine! They will be pulling up outside to start service at 5pm, so come on out and try some cajun-fried Corninsh hen, gyro smashburgers, mushroom tacos and more! Full menu in the comments below 👍

Friday 5/29: We welcome a brand NEW food truck to Skeleton Key, come enjoy some tasty eats from Kings Kuisine! They will be here ready to serve at 5pm with a little something for everyone, from Cajun-fried Cornish hens, to gyro smashburgers, to royal mushroom tacos and more!

Saturday 5/30: We are super excited to have the SKB debut of Emily Wendy Music hitting the Den stage at 730pm! Emily will be treating us to an evening of classic covers and originals with her blend of pop, rock and folk featuring tunes from the likes of Paul McCartney, Talking Heads, Fleetwood Mac and more... we also all get to enjoy the return of the Grumpy Gaucho Food Truck at 5pm so you can get your fill of empanadas before the show!

Sunday 5/31: Come and check out over 15 amazing plant and garden themed artisan vendors at SKB tween 12 and 4pm at our Garden Party Plant + Artisan Market at SKB! It's almost June, and that means here comes PRIDE MONTH!!! We do our best to support our friends and family in the LGBTQ+ community throughout the entire year, but this month we wanna make sure to show as much support as possible ❤️

Hey there!!! The SKB taproom will be open normal hours today (12pm to 6pm), and we are loaded with an awesome selection of cans for you to bring home for your Memorial Day celebration tomorrow!
