Well I was excited to try the IIPA tonight. Well I would have to say a success!! I felt it definitely had a solid hop flavor but also not over the top. Excited for the future and the great beers to come.

Just checked on the IIPA. 9 days in to fermentation and we still have activity! Some really nice aromas coming out of there too... Should be doing the dry hop soon!

Some tasty Amarillo hops. These are going in for the dry hop. Give it that extra kick for you hop heads.

Our first brew, a IIPA, is in the fermenter! Projected ABV is ~6-7%... This will be nice and hoppy with 5 hop additions! We'll let you know when it's ready! Hit us up for samples.
