What next?
First, thank you for expressing your concerns over the past few weeks. Your voices are being heard, and many topics, such as utilities, taxes, communication, transparency, enforcement of village ordinances, and traffic violations, are important subjects that deserve attention. Other discussions about village hall hours, small business opportunities, expanding cleanup days, the swimming pool, parking, mailboxes, and more are also valid and need practical solutions. Each topic requires a closer look.

Many would like to know my action plan to address these issues if elected. Currently, it is challenging to provide specific answers without fully understanding the situation and gathering all the facts. However, I will commit to listening, weighing the options, and to taking a proactive approach rather than reactive responses to address your concerns. By implementing a transparent strategic plan and involving diverse teams to reach a more fact-based consensuses, we can avoid many issues. Plans will be communicated through multiple channels prior to acting on the final decisions, with an emphasis on prioritizing both individual and community interests.

That’s it! Fully retired from restaurant business 😉

Well I am both happy and sad to report that we have sold the BBQ. Brian is excited. I’m a little sad. The BBQ business was fun although it was a lot of work. We have retained the BBQ recipes as the new folks are going to put in a grocery store and possibly a cafe. Please warmly welcome Lucas, Melissa and Ezekiel to the Wonewoc business district.
