All three of our features this week are debut items that have never been on our menu before!
The Drift's dinner special is an Italian Sausage, Ricotta & Hot Honey Flatbread built on our soft oval crust.
Our feature drink is the Old Cuban Cocktail, made with dark rum, simple syrup, lime, bitters, fresh mint and champagne.
For dessert we will feature Dubai Style Chocolate Mousse Cake - a rich chocolate cake with smooth chocolate mousse, kataifi (shredded phyllo dough) filling, chocolate drizzle and white chocolate curls.
