Green River Brewing & Taproom is owned by four friends who are committed to delivering a unique and fun-filled location to the town of Winters and its surrounding communities. John Neil, Jerry Bell, Dave Legoullon, and Todd Carlson all met through prior business ventures and shared a common vision of bringing a taproom and brewery to life in the Winters community.
