Our special three-course menu for $40 per person includes thoughtful plant-based choices across every course, so guests can experience a complete dinner from appetizer to dessert without missing out on the VINIA Way of Life!

APPETIZER:
🍠 Plant-Based “Escargot” A La Bourguignonne: mushrooms, zucchini, plantain, black figs and beurre persille with crusty bread OR Empanada de Palmito y Alcachofa OR Italian Starters with Crusty Bread to start!

ENTREE:
🥒 Involtini di Zucchini e Melanzane al Forno: baked zucchini rolls, “ricotta cream”, roasted eggplant, fresh tomato passata

DESSERT:
