Happy Valentine’s Day! One of my all time favorite cocktails is perfect for Valentine’s (Galentine’s?) Day! The French 75 is a classic. Fun fact, it was invented in 1915 in Paris, the city of love! This refreshing drink consists of Gin, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup and Champagne. Who doesn’t love a good champagne drink on Valentine’s Day! I love to do different versions of this adding fresh blueberry, or raspberry purée. Simply add a fresh berry or two to the bottom of the glass for garnish, and finish with a twist of lemon. 🤌🏻 This simple yet elegant cocktail is perfect for your next event.
