✨ EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT — KELSEY ✨
This week we’re celebrating Kelsey, who has been part of The Boathouse family for 6 amazing years! 💙
When asked about her favorite Boathouse memory, Kelsey said, “I have so many memories, but I’d probably just say my favorite part is all the friends I’ve made.” That feels fitting, because Kelsey has a way of making everyone around her feel like part of the team.
When she’s not at work, you can find her cuddling her cats, 🐈⬛ trying a new TikTok recipe 👩🍳 spending time with her husband, hanging out with friends, or catching up on her favorite reality TV shows—probably judging everyone like she’s on Survivor. 😄 She’s also a proud Bengals fan 🧡🖤… which tells us she’s loyal and knows how to handle heartbreak…..
Kelsey and her husband were middle school sweethearts, which makes their story even sweeter. ❤️
Her favorite dish? Kyle’s Baja Tacos with extra sriracha slaw 🌮 — because regular sriracha just isn’t enough.
If you know Kelsey, you know she brings the energy. She’s funny, boisterous, and always keeps us laughing, while also being the kind of teammate everyone can count on. She shows up, works hard, jumps in wherever needed, and helps make The Boathouse a better place every day.
