I am done being quiet.
The disrespect is enough, I could NEVER as a business owner imagine trying to put another business down.
Let’s start from the top.

1. Announcing your new business on my opening day. Hey, congratulations!
2. A month into my business operating, going around saying “it’s new, it’ll wear off” NEWS FLASH. It’s doing fine. And we’re at 6 months 🥳
3. Boycotting, or telling patrons not to come into our establishment. Okay, cool. They still show up when you close 🤷🏼‍♀️
4. Drunk/Threatening messages being sent to me because a bartender left a job, to come to my establishment to make more money.. but.. it will wear off.

AND FOR THE FINAL FINALE
5. Texting me drunk at 11 o’clock at night because you are closed/bar is dead. And telling me the “fights at my bar is messing with the whole block” while I had plenty in tonight drinking and enjoying their night. NO FIGHTS BTW 🥳😂

Let me start by saying, again, I do not allow, or condone the fighting, but I also cannot control 100+ grown men from all parts of the country. If it is outside of my establishment, I am not going to ask my employees to involve themselves.. that’s asking for a lawsuit or something bad to happen on my end. To say “everyone is calling your place the fight club bar, congratulations”
Well that’s pretty silly, considering when this building was closed for a few months there was plenty INSIDE OF YOURS. “Should I send the videos” as you said to me.

I have people who make sure everyone is protected inside of my establishment. I do my best to break the problems up if I can. But to be upset because one of YOUR regulars got into a fight at my bar outside, (and he started that fight/hit first. btw) not that I am happy with what happened, do not come and attack me or my business because you’re drunk, pi**ed off, and your bar is dead.

There is a reason YOUR regulars have wondered up to my place, whether you want to admit it or not. We’re actually doing pretty okay. Yeah, the new comers make it rough. But they’ve also shown a lot of respect to my place.

I might be known as the “fight club bar” but I guess that’s what happens when everyone wants to be in the same spot at the same time. Maybe don’t block certain music, and start treating people with some respect. Maybe they’ll come back. 🤷🏼‍♀️👌🏻

Bartending is so funny because I can see your car pull into the parking lot and already know exactly what you’re about to order. 🍻

By the time you park, I can have your drink started, your whole order in my head, and somehow remember that you hate something from a conversation we had 3 years ago.

But your name?

……Absolutely no idea. 😭🤣

I’ll know your drink, your food, your kids, your usual seat, and probably what time you normally show up…

But asking, “Hey, what’s your name again?” after 4 years feels illegal. 🫣

So if I’ve been serving you forever and still call you “love,” “hun,” “sweetie” or just smile and hope someone else says your name…

Just know I remember EVERYTHING except that one very important detail. 🤣🍻

Bartenders don’t forget you or your order. We just forget the government name attached to it. ✨
