It is a pleasure to recognize Tony Mitchell, class of 2021, as the Alumnus of the Week. Tony was back on campus a few weeks ago and it was wonderful to see him! He recently received his Masters in Organization Leadership from CU.

Tony is currently on the staff at East Carolina University as a Hall Coordinator for Campus Living. He said that he really enjoys this career and life at ECU.

While at Chowan, Tony was the founder of the Chowan University Military Support Club. Richard Todd, CU Registrar, serves as the advisor. Tony is proud to have influenced this club and its continuance. He also was a Residence Assistant, a member of the Pep Band and the Color Guard.

Let’s congratulate Tony for his accomplishments and support of his alma mater.
