Hello! I am Jami the new brewer of Hangar 18. I wanted to introduce myself here and answer any questions you may have on our beer.

I'll be documenting here my brewing days, taking pictures before, during and after the process.

Yesterday I got the Blueberry Blonde in the fermenter, yay! Unfortunately for us, beer can take a bit to ferment, so this will be in for a couple of weeks. In the mean time come try any of our 8 beers on tap. 🍻

Did you know the used grain is a tasty treat to cows and pigs? If anyone is interested in using this stuff up please let me know. If you know how to make bread its a good use for it to!
