Good Morning Elk Members,
We had an awesome weekend at your Elks. Friday we hosted 60 plus First Responders from our local Fire & Rescue Departments for an appreciation dinner. After the dinner all 18 Clarke, Frederick and City of Wi******er Volunteer Fire and Rescue Departments were presented a check for $2,500. The total amount given away Friday was $45,000.
On Saturday we had a very successful Music Festival topped off with an amazing show by the More More More band. I would like to thank our Veterans Committee, Staff and Board Members for their efforts to make this event a success.

If you're a Commanders, Rams or just a football fan don't miss out on our bus trip to the Rams vs. Commanders game on Sunday, November 8, 2026. All seats are located in Section 128 and are $200 each. Tickets can be purchased at the bar with Cash, Check or Debit/Credit Card. If you are using a Card there will be a 3% fee added. Members can purchase a ticket for themself and a guest. The guest can be anyone you want to bring and there is no age restriction for this trip. We have 40 tickets remaining for this trip.
We will start our week tonight with the Queen of Hearts drawing at 7:00 p.m. We also have our three Monday Madness drawings for a chance to win up to $100.
Tuesday evening we have free pizza from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. There is a Board of Director's meeting at 7:00 p.m.
Wednesday we have $1.00 Traditional and Wing Dings all day long. Busch Light and PBR drafts are also $2.50 all day. At 7:00 p.m. there is a Lodge meeting.
Thursday evening we Corn Hole with signups starting at 6:00 p.m. and bags flying at 6:30 p.m. We have our three 867 drawing for a chance to win a $50 Elks gift card.
Friday evening from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. catch the Morgan Jenkins Experience on the main bar stage. Saturday evening we have Tuff Luck playing from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
On Sunday we have all the NFL action with the NFL Sunday ticket.

We would like to remind all members that you must show your membership card at the bar in order to receive service. Also, all non-member guests (including spouses) must be signed into our guest book located to the right as you enter the Lodge. Guests 21 and over (other than spouse) can only be signed in three times.
