September 17th is our resident Dolly Parton super-fan and co-owner’s birthday! 🎂✨

So naturally, we’re celebrating the only way that makes sense: with a Dolly-inspired Girl Dinner filled with Southern bites, a little rhinestone glamour, cocktails, w**e, and plenty of Dolly!

🍸 TONIGHT IS RUSTY’S LAST NIGHT!

After tonight, our Rusty is trading Wi******er for the Big Apple! 🍎🗽 He’ll be making the move in just a couple of weeks, and while we’re excited to see what’s next for him, we’re definitely going to miss having him as our top server as well as being behind the bar.

So, come see Rusty tonight! Grab a seat, order your favorite cocktail, let him make you something special, and raise a glass with us before he heads off to New York.

Come say goodbye, wish him well, and give Rusty one last big Wi******er send-off. ❤️

To send off the original series, we’re closing with the Golden Coast, our California Girl Dinner ☀️🌊🌸

The ✨ Girl Dinner at The W**e Room ✨ series has taken us places…

Starting right here for Week 1, the Mediterranean for Week 2, France for Week 3… and this week, we’re pouring into Italia. 🇮🇹✨

Join us this Thursday, August 27th at 6pm for burrata drizzled in EVOO and aged balsamic, herb roasted tomatoes, a fennel-arugula salad brightened with lemon, warm ciabatta, and a petite lemon olive oil cake to close the night. Pair it with an Aperol Spritz or a glass of Vermentino.

$29 per person, tax & gratuity not included. Reservations highly encouraged!
