Wild troll-caught Chinook salmon from right here off the Oregon Coast has officially been offloaded here at Blue Box.
You’ll find it making appearances in select sushi rolls and salmon dishes while it’s available.
We’re pretty spoiled living and sourcing from our coast. Some of the best seafood in the world comes out of these waters and this is a perfect example. Rich, buttery, packed with protein and omega-3s, Chinook has earned its reputation.
Big thanks to the local fishermen putting in the early mornings and long days to bring incredible seafood home to our communities.
