2022 Chateaux Chevalier De Lascombes Margaux (WE: 93 Pts) Fresh, vibrant fruit delivers a seductive expression of the estate and silkiness you would expect from a great Margaux. The tannins are structured yet supple.It can be enjoyed young.
2019 Phillippe Melka Cabernet Napa (JS: 95 Pts) A juicy and flavorful red with blackberry, currant and spice and walnuts. Medium to full body. Complex. A blend of 75% cabernet sauvignon, 10% cabernet franc, 10% merlot, and 5% petit verdot.
2021 Mathews Cabernet Columbia Valley (WS: & JD: 93 Pts) Spiced black plum and cocoa nib are balanced with aromas of fresh earth and crushed flint. Intense and opulent flavors of ripe blackberry, cedar, mocha, and black currant coat the broad and balanced palate.
2015 Open Champion Syrah Louis 57 A full-bodied premium red wine, carefully matured in 225-litre French oak barrels with a combination of oriental spices, pepper, and fruit flavors, this highly concentrated wine is both complex and rich.
2021 J Lohr Hilltop Cabernet Paso Robles (JD: 91 Pts) A terrific as well as a great value. Cassis, ripe blue fruits, graphite, leafy herbs, and to***co all define the aromatics, and it's medium to full-bodied, with terrific ripeness and notable purity.
2023 Matanzas Creek Sauvignon Blanc Sonoma County Captivating aromas of pink grapefruit, honeydew melon, kiwi, Asian pear, white nectarines and fresh pineapple. Juicy, with great density, this wine offers a good balance between acidity, density.
2020 Klinkerbrick Old Ghost Old Vines Zinfandel Lodi (WE: 91Pts) An intense nose of black pepper pomegranate, ripe cherry layered with herb aromas bursting with acidity and concentrated notes of bright berries and dark chocolate.
2019 Borne of Fire "The Burn" Chardonnay Columbia Valley Honeyed citrus, pear, sappy floral notes emerge from offering lots of juicy fruit, medium-bodied richness, some classic toasty, subtly nutty notes on the finish. Like a phoenix rising from the ashes!

Charlie Spasato & Eduardo the Winemaker @ Spasato winery in Mendoza Argentina will be in the house Friday evening with many of their wines for you to taste. These wines are some of the best values I have ever seen and have sold many cases of them for the past year since they have been in the Country. Small Production wines fro Lujan de Cuyo in Mendoza. 7 -8 different wines he will be explaining. And there will be other beautiful wines following all for just $20pp!

2018 Patz 7 Hall Sonoma Coast Chardonnay Aromas of spicy pear, lemon drop and lime zest, a pretty floral note adds a layer of complexity and melds with the peach nectar and apple flavors on the long finish.

2022 Longshadow’s Julia’s Dazzle Pinot Gris Rose Vibrant aromas of strawberry and cherry drinking completely dry with weighty feeling fruit flavors.

2019 Zenato Alanera Corvina 2019 Lush with a deeper core of black plum, dark chocolate and savory herbs, finishing with fine tannins and a pop of acidity.

2018 Epiphany Grenache Rodney’s Vineyard (WE: 95 Pts) Aromas of black raspberry, boysenberrry and wood smoke make for a rich and bold style of Grenache offering bold boysenberry, pepper and dark spices.

2022 Boekenhouskloof The Chocolate Block Flavors of ripe plums, black currant, dried cranberries, and blueberries. Slight hints of cured meat and espresso add complexity to the round, silky mid-palate.

2021 Pine Ridge Cabernet Traveler’s Series Ripe dark berries, grilled herbs, licorice, ground cloves and walnuts on the nose. Full-bodied, dense and creamy, with velvety tannins and a fruit-forward, seductive aftertaste.

2019 Sposato Premium Reserve Cabernet Franc A bold smooth Cab Franc with pencil shavings and tastes of blackberry and plum along with a green pepper finish.

2017 Sposato Premium Reserve Cabernet Dark Cherry color, Smoked Meat nose, prune, blackberry, vegetable, full body, dry leathery finish.

2017 Sposato Sabia Sabia Mendoza Sweet baking spices, jammy notes of plum and dried fig, silky blend was made with equal parts Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon and aged for 24 months in oak barrels. Chocolate and vanilla command the palate and mix with hints of prune and ripe berries.

Michael Casper will be in the house June 13th this Thursday evening @ 7 PM tasting you on some beautiful Bordeaux Wines from Chateau Gaby, Chateau Du Parc, Chateau Moya & Chateau Auguste.

The tasting is complementary on me: The Best Cellar! There is just a 1-2 bottle minimum bottle purchase per person to support these Big Bordeaux wineries. You will be buying them at my prices which cannot be matched anywhere from $20- $130 per bottle.

Reservations are required as I only have seating for 26 guests.
Any other Wine Bar or venue would charge you $200pp + just to taste and drink these wines.
