Hey Rifties, we appreciate everyone who has reached out and want to let you know we’re still proceeding as normal! We’ll continue to be here for the community as we are, and have always been, operating lawfully under the city’s zoning. We’ll continue to support the ability to house local artists and outdoor activities with fair, reasonable, and respectful land use laws 🍻

Thanks for the support Wilmington, there is more to the story that we will share when we are able. All business owners and residents who enjoy their local neighborhood hangouts should keep their eye on this. It’s in the city council’s control to come up with reasonable codes for businesses to be allowed to thrive while being fair to the residents in the community.
