Hi everyone! Thank you for your patience and grace as we manage life outside of Crystal's South Street Bar & Grill. As many of you know, we have a big family, and it has only grown over the years. Between caring for two heart patients, keeping up with our kids’ school activities, welcoming new family members, and running other businesses, life has been very full. Family is our top priority, and we step back from work when things get too hectic.

We know the delay in opening has been frustrating, and we truly appreciate your understanding as we put family first.

While we do not have an opening date yet, we are accepting applications for cooking staff and a manager. You can apply through our Google Form or stop by El Dorado in Wilmington with your resume. We will contact you when we are ready for the next steps.

Things are starting to move again!!

I have had a few people message the page asking when we would be opening so I wanted to clarify the situation. We have a big family...7 kids....two of which are heart patients...one had surgery on 5/6/2019 and one has been fighting for her life since 6/25/19 after a rejection episode 2 1/2 years after her heart transplant. We have put in a lot of work at Crystal’s and we intend to open it and make it the best it can be as soon as our focus can be turned back to it. Briana had her first open heart surgery at age 1, her second at age 3, and had her heart transplant on February 2, 2017 at the age of 16.
