Our gold medal-winning Classic Saison is bottled entirely in-house, making every batch a true labor of love. From sanitizing each bottle and filling them two at a time to capping, packaging, and bottle conditioning for several weeks, every step is done with care before these bottles make their way to the menu.

Fresh batch alert! 🍻 The Rehder’s Red is back on draft.

Did you know this fan-favorite amber ale traces its roots back to one of our owner’s original homebrew recipes before Flytrap Brewing ever opened its doors? It’s also named in honor of George Stanley Rehder, better known as “The Flytrap Man,” who dedicated much of his life to studying and preserving carnivorous plants.

One of our favorite Rehder’s Red stories happened last year when a relative of Mr. Rehder stopped by the brewery specifically to try his namesake beer. Moments like that remind us how special this brew truly is. 🙂

Our Rehder’s Red delivers a delicious balance of rich malt character with a slightly hoppy, dry finish that keeps you coming back for another sip. Stop by the taproom today for a fresh pour and grab dinner from Fitz’s Biscuits, serving from 5-8 pm.

Kick things off with Monday Funday with Deb! — 🎶 Music Bingo is up in rotation (6-8) and we’re celebrating (yesterday’s) Flag Day with multiple rounds of songs from the U.S., about the U.S. Come and hang for a fun-filled evening of music, laughs, and chances to win Flytrap gift cards.
🍕 Plus, Wheelz Pizza will be serving up their delicious sourdough pies from 5-8 pm.

Live Music Sunday is calling! 🎶🍻

Stop by your neighborhood brewery today, for an afternoon of great tunes, cold brews, and delicious eats. Local singer/songwriter Jeremy Mathews takes the “stage” from 3-6 pm, bringing a mix of rock and alternative classics along with plenty of crowd favorites.

The taps will be flowing from 1-8 pm, and Kimchi Taco will be serving up their always-amazing Mexican-Korean fusion from 3-6 pm. Come grab a pint and settle in. We look forward to hanging with you!
