Tonight we're featuring the Gruet Blanc de Noirs, a beautifully crafted sparkling wine made using the traditional Méthode Champenoise, the same process used in Champagne. This method creates the bubbles naturally through a second fermentation inside the bottle, resulting in finer bubbles, added complexity, and a rich, elegant finish.
Made from red grapes but crafted as a white sparkling wine, the Gruet Blanc de Noirs offers crisp fruit, lively acidity, and a celebratory sparkle in every glass.
