The serene ambiance of The Fortunate Glass, created by the beautiful wall murals, the elegant copper and glass tile bar, castle rocked walls and intimate booths enhances the experience of any selection you choose. The Fortunate Glass Wine Bar also presents a small menu of fine cheeses, Italian cured meats, small plates and decadent desserts to accompany and compliment any wine selection. Tonight’s featured appetizer is our Smoked Salmon Open-Faced Tea Sandwich. Rye bread layered with dill cream cheese, smoked salmon, fresh cucumber, capers, arugula, onions & peppers. Creamy, smoky, salty, fresh… this one has a little bit of everything! 😋
And the pairing? 2024 Barnard Griffin Dry Riesling from Columbia Valley, Washington. Its bright acidity and crisp, refreshing character are a terrific match!
