Alright everyone asking…On Monday afternoon I received a text from my landlord…”Hello Jen, I am letting you know that I have a buyer for the 1836 Country Store and Norton House. The buyer will is NOT interested in having you stay on as a tenant. Since there is no lease in place you have 30 days to leave the building. My lawyer will be sending you a formal 30-days eviction notice. Please vacate the building by May 31, 2024.” And since she wouldn’t give me any form of a lease since January I have no ground to stand on
