We grind our own brisket trimmings and stuff our own sausages. Fresh batch ready for tomorrow! Jalapeño cheddar and plain. By the way, this is also how we make our hotdogs! Come ask us how long of a process this can be when you order yours for lunch or dinner tomorrow. 😆 They aren’t just beef sausages and beef hotdogs. They’re prime brisket!!!!!
