We grind our own brisket trimmings and stuff our own sausages. Fresh batch ready for tomorrow! Jalapeño cheddar and plain. By the way, this is also how we make our hotdogs! Come ask us how long of a process this can be when you order yours for lunch or dinner tomorrow. 😆 They aren’t just beef sausages and beef hotdogs. They’re prime brisket!!!!!

Why is our Monday Menu unpredictable and always limited, you might be asking? Because we won’t take shortcuts. 😉 Being closed on Sunday is a priority and so is only using real, all-wood smoke. Authenticity takes sacrifice! But don’t worry, we will always make it up to you with all day wing and drink specials. 🍺Please come enjoy lots of other great tasting food from us 11am to 8pm. ☀️ See yall there!
