We went straight to River Roots Barrel Company, a Cleveland wh***ey partnered with our hometown favorite, Michael Symon, to hand-select our newest Hook & Hoof Single Barrel

Aged 9 years, bottled at 54.36% ABV (108.72 proof), and finished in Chardonnay w**e barrels, this is a truly unique pour.

The beautiful custom bottle was created specifically for Hook & Hoof, and the bourbon inside lives up to the standard we’ve set with our single-barrel picks for the past decade.
