Good evening, ladies and gentlemen of Williston!
Last fall, I had the opportunity to experience a candlelit concert atop the Edge in New York City. Surrounded by candles and live music, I witnessed one of the most beautiful performances I had ever seen. It moved me to tears, and in that moment, I promised myself I would bring an experience like it to Williston.
I’m so excited to announce Williston’s very first candlelit concert, created in a special collaboration with Polish Top Chef Sylwia Stachyra!
We’re bringing together an elegant seven-course Michelin-level dinner, cocktail and w**e pairings, chef storytelling, and live music from some of Williston’s own talented musicians. We’re proud of the talent we have right here in our community, and we can’t wait to share this special evening with you among more than 1,000 glowing candles, beautiful music, and delicious food.
The event will take place over three evenings—December 11, 12, and 13 so you can choose the night that works best for you. Invitations are $250 each plus tax., and seating is limited.
You can purchase your invitation this upcoming Friday and Saturday at Miller Dough Artisan Bakery, located at 202 1st Ave E, Suite 6, in downtown Williston, connected to the Great Northern Event Center. Cash or Card at the time of purchase.
Please bring your invitation and present it when you arrive to the event. If you misplace it, we’ll have a guest list at the door.
When dinner concludes, the evening will continue 202 Brix We’re excited to celebrate with them!

Top Chef Poland Winner | Top Chef World All-Stars
Chef Sylwia Stachyra is an award-winning chef with 17 years of international culinary experience and a distinctive approach to contemporary gastronomy. The winner of Season 7 of Top Chef Poland, she went on to compete on Top Chef World All-Stars in the United States, showcasing her talent on an international stage.
Her culinary philosophy brings together the precision of French gastronomy, the complexity of Asian flavors, and the rich traditions of her native Poland. Drawing on her professional experience, including training at Gordon Ramsay’s Savoy Grill, Sylwia creates sophisticated, thoughtfully composed dishes that balance technical excellence with creativity and a strong sense of culinary identity.
Through carefully curated tasting menus and distinctive dining experiences, she celebrates the art of bringing cultures, ingredients, and stories together through food.
