PATRONS

I realize it’s been a long time since our last post and for that I apologize. I believe everyone deserves an explanation and an Update.

Let me start by saying we are still planning on opening the Steakhouse. We have had a few setbacks financially.

We own a few other businesses and those businesses are what’s funding this venture. However, Jan. to now have been extremely slow for us and much of our building plans came to a halt. Business for us has been picking up and things are starting to move forward. We have been offered assistance from some local investors but we haven’t been able to agree on certain terms.

We know Spurs will be a hit and we have so many wanting and waiting for us to get open. We’ve done numerous events and they’ve all been a success.

Rest assured things are now moving in the right direction and I will be making more detailed post regarding potential opening dates etc.

I want to clarify a few things. The city of Williston has been a great help and advocate for us. We have not applied for any permits at this point. So they are not the reason for the delay.

Thank you all for your patience and I know you are all ready. As am I. Worst case scenario we will do it in parts. We were hoping to have it all done at once but I think we need to get open and generate some income.
