Now is the time to try a delightful sparkling Spanish wine called Cava. Cava, derived form the Spanish word for cave since the wine is aged in underground cellars. Made with primarily Macabeo, Xarel·lo, and Parellada grapes the wine is fermented like champagne. Enjoy as an aperitif or with a meal. It was a special purchase and comes with a special price. By the bottle only and a limited quantity.
