Embark Craft Ciderworks An orchard based cidery sourcing apples from Lagoner Farms, our 5th generation family farm since 1909 No artificial ingredients needed.

Embark Craft Ciderworks was founded by apple growers, passionate about farming and showcasing unique flavor profiles in craft ciders. As farmers first and foremost, we know it’s the quality and uniqueness of the apples we use that make a great cider. We trust the apples (and in some cases, other fruits and natural ingr

edients) to provide the exceptional flavor you’ve come to love. Our portfolio is continually growing and many heirloom and Old World apple varieties have been planted specifically for use by Embark Craft Ciderworks. Expect to see new blended and single varietals released as we cultivate just the right apples to become the next Embark Craft ciders.

🍎 As fall approaches and our market hours extend we thought you should be able to enjoy our cider and kitchen even more! Starting September 14th our new hours will be as follows:

Monday: 12 PM – 8 PM
Wednesday – Saturday: 12 PM – 10 PM
Sunday: 11 AM – 6 PM

🥞 Heads up our Sunday hours are moving an hour earlier (11 AM start) because we’re rolling out BRUNCH! Come enjoy brunch options alongside our regular menu, paired with your favorite ciders. ✨

September has landed at the farm 🍎🌾

We’re officially full-blown into apple picking season, and there’s nowhere better to soak it in than Embark! Grab your live music, trivia, and bingo lineup for the month above. We’ve got a packed calendar of local artists and good times all September long.

A couple things to look forward to:
🕒 Extended hours are coming soon which means more time to hang with us!
🍏 U-pick apples kick off soon. Dates to come
🍻 Mug Club sign-ups are on the way, make sure to keep an eye out!

And mark your calendars 🎟 Ciderfest is back Friday, October 9th! VIP access starts at 6 PM, GA doors open at 7 PM, with live music from The Widewaters and the kitchen open all night. Tickets are on sale now so grab yours before they’re gone!

This week at Embark 🍎

We’ve got a full week ahead! Music Bingo kicks off tonight (6:30 PM) and Trivia is back Thursday (6:30 PM). Friday night we’re pouring pints to live music from Skinny Genes, 7-9 PM.

⚠️ Heads up for the weekend: We’re closing early Saturday. Kitchen closes at 7 PM, bar closes at 8 PM. And we’ll be closed all day Sunday for a private event.

No trivia tonight, but don’t worry we’ve got some great specials on the menu to hold you over! And this weekend is a good one: Live music with The Widewaters Friday 7-10 PM, Worthy Duncan Saturday 7-9 PM, and Ed Iseley Sunday 1-3 PM.
