EVENT DETAILS
Get ready for one of Williamsburgโs favorite annual events!
To create the best concert atmosphere possible, weโre transforming our venue by opening up the floor for dancing and live music.
This is primarily a standing-room event. Most dining tables will be removed to provide plenty of space to enjoy the show.
If having a seat is important to you, we recommend either:
โข Reserving one of our VIP Golf Bay Suites, which includes reserved seating, or
โข Bringing your own lawn or folding chair.
๐ Food will be available for purchase throughout the evening from our takeout kitchen.
๐บ Enjoy drinks from both our full-service front bar and an additional satellite bar throughout the event.

ADMISSION & ENTRY
โข Reservations are required for all guests.
โข Every guest must reserve a FREE Admission Pass.
โข Maximum of 10 General Admission passes per reservation.
โข General Admission doors open at 4:45 PM.
โข VIP guests may enter beginning at 4:00 PM to enjoy exclusive Happy Hour drink specials from 4:00โ4:45 PM.
โข The event runs from 5:00 PMโ9:00 PM, with the bands taking the stage at 5:30 PM.
IMPORTANT
To accommodate as many guests as possible, General Admission reservations will only be held until 5:15 PM.
If you have not checked in by 5:15 PM, your reservation will be released to guests waiting on standby. This policy helps ensure we can welcome as many guests as possible while staying within our indoor capacity.

EVENT POLICIES
โ Valid photo ID required for entry
โ No outside alcohol
โ No bags larger than a small tote
โ Anyone bringing outside alcohol onto the property will be asked to leave
โ No underage drinking
โ A 20% gratuity will automatically be added to all food and beverage purchases during the event
โ Management reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests for disruptive or unsafe behavior.
