Our Sous Chef is responsible for preparing food in accordance with federal, state, and local standards to ensure that quality food service is provided at all times. Our Sous Chef will provide positive leadership to the culinary team and execute the duties of the Executive Chef/Food & Beverage Manager in his absence.
What do I need for this role?

At least two (2) years Sous Chef Experience in a similar size facility, resort, or hotel.

Graduate of a Culinary Arts school or extensive prior experience in similar food preparation positions preferred.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Must have knowledge of special diets and all applicable local, state and federal regulations regarding food preparation.

Must be able to maintain positive relationships and interactions with guests and staff.
