At Amber Ox, we focus on creating a crafted experience for our diner's, centered around our passion for celebrating the local farming community and our love for incredible beer, cocktails and wine. We’ve loved doing our own home brewing for years and we wanted the Amber Ox to carry that same focus of handcrafted quality beer from our sister brewery, Precarious Beer Project, as well as beers from o
ther regional craft producers. At the Amber Ox, we’re serving beer to a demographic of people who also want to try new things. Our 18 draft handles will rotate daily and will always offer seasonally inspired beers from P.B.P as well as products from our fellow brothers in the craft brewing industry. We’re focused on maintaining the perfect balance between innovative, Southern-inspired cuisine and an extraordinary offering of regional beers, wine and spirits for our customers and community.
