I wanted to proactively share some important information regarding mobile bartending in Ohio, as it can sometimes be a bit different than what people expect, especially concerning venues and alcohol sourcing.
In Ohio, mobile bartending services like ours operate under what’s called a "dry hire" model.

This means:
• What we provide: We bring the full bar experience to your event! This includes our fantastic mobile bar, our professional and certified bartenders, all the necessary bar tools, mixers, garnishes, ice, and everything needed to craft amazing drinks.
• Your role (alcohol purchase): Under Ohio state law, we cannot directly purchase or sell the alcohol. You, as the event host, are responsible for purchasing the alcoholic beverages for your guests. However, please know that we are here to help! We can provide a comprehensive shopping list and guide you on quantities and selections to ensure you have exactly what you need for your custom cocktail menu.
• Venue Coordination: It's really important to check with your chosen venue about their specific policies regarding outside mobile bartending services and bringing in outside alcohol. Most venues are familiar with the dry hire model, but confirming their requirements upfront helps ensure a smooth event for everyone.
Our goal is to make your event's bar service seamless and stress-free. Once we have a better understanding of your venue and guest count, we can walk you through all the details and answer any questions you might have.
