Currently brewing extract only but Ill be moving on to partial mash.

Obi Ron's Wheat beer is completed. I'll post a pic once the fermenting starts.

I am brewing Obi Ron's Wheat beer. These are the ingredients. The grains are about to go into the hot water now.

I am once again brewing beer. I just started a Caribou Slobber Brown Ale brewing. My supplier closed so I had to change another supplier.

Ky Kolsch came out fantastic! Tonight I am brewing an American Honey Wheat. This should be a bit harder than usual. There is an after boil extract addition and a hop addition when it cools down to 170°. This should be interesting.
