Last night, Nick Korbee received the Chef of the Year award from KRHA for 2026. This huge honor is a win for the team and as Nick mentioned in his speech, wouldn’t be a possibility without the people we work with every single day. Congratulations to the FMK family ♥️

Last night we catered an art opening for Kirsten Shannon at Diver Studio Downtown. So naturally, we made butter look like paint.

Our team built a butter palette — Blue Algae + smoked salt, Chocolate + chipotle, Tomato + caper, Avocado + chive, Saffron and Beetroot — styled on artist’s boards (with bread of course) alongside our friends at Central Standard Brewing pouring cold b**r.

Food and art, exactly where they belong together.
