I've been working on my fish taco recipe. I love them!
-seasoned grilled tilapia, slightly spicy tartar, romaine lettuce, and fresh made pico or roasted corn salsa, on a flour tortilla
(1) $4 (3) $10

-Absolute summer salad! Roasted chicken, crasins, walnuts, mandarin oranges, and feta over a bed of fresh Romain, with house made vinaigrette. $10

-Chef Coltons chicken noodle casserole $10 full plate $5 half

-crab rangoon dip $7

I've got a newbie in the kitchen today! Chef Colton is making crawfish and chicken etoufee served over jasmine rice for $10

I am making my triple threat grilled cheese with 3 cheeses and scratch made tomato bisque soup! $9 (2 sandwiches)
