We are honored by our patrons, and try to produce bulls that will work for you and for your envirnment. We want you to maximize your pounds, and yet be able to keep your heifers as replacements in your herd. We know that you need to have cows with maternal ability and fertility, and would compare our herd bull fertility to anyone.

Today was a big day on the B Bar. The new sale barn/shop facility foundation was poured. Thanks to MKM Concrete. Travis and his crew are TOP NOTCH!!! They started pouring around 5 am this morning.

We are almost done with out 2026 heifer AI project. Turned out two bulls this morning: B Bar Bulldogger 2794 is a bull we kept out of our 2025 bull sale to use for ourselves and VDAR Coalition 4755 is a yearling bull we purchased in February. They have been turned out with their respective groups and hopefully will not have a lot to breed if AI'ing caught.

Zechariah 10:1: "Ask rain from the LORD in the season of the spring rain, from the LROD who makes storm clouds, and He will give them showers of rain, to everyone the vegetation in the field."

Just because our bull sale is over doesn’t mean we get a break… it’s on to grinding feed with MGA to sync our yrlg hfrs to AI them the 2nd week of May. Planning has commenced of who to breed the hfrs & the whole herd to - then add in brandings/working cows, seeding, harrowing, bull deliveries & all the paperwork (that’s being done right now to go with those bull deliveries), fixing fences, deciding on summer pasture assignments, and this year add in this year bringing all the metal pens home from the Bull Palace.

🎯Goal: finish all this in April. ✅

AI’ing will be in May & getting a shop/sale barn built…
