Serious question….. I am looking for a person to help me create a website that will be membership based classified site….advertisers paying the membership fee….with certain credentials needed to to be eligible for the membership. It will need lots of sections and will even have some with no credentials required. I know what I want the website to do but I am completely illiterate in how to create it. I think it can be lucrative and would be willing to give a percentage of all future revenue to the person that helps me create it… a partnership so to speak…. I will monitor and admin…. you will keep us up to date and on top of the latest tech stuff. This is something I have kicked around for quite a while and really would like to see if it can be as lucrative as I think it can…… if you are capable of creating something like this, it could become an awesome source of basically passive income. It needs to be done right… so if you can do it, please reach out and we can talk and see if we can create something together! I really hope there is someone who can locally…. Would much rather it that way!
