This week’s specials are basically Rick’s greatest hits with a couple curveballs mixed in! 😏

We’ve got the comfort food crowd covered, a little seafood action to keep things interesting, BBQ ribs doing their Thursday thing, and Friday’s all-day Bluegill Fish Fry waiting at the finish line.

In other words… there’s a pretty good reason to “just stop at Rick’s” more than once this week.

That beauty pictured is our Gluten-Free Sea Salt Caramel Cheesecake. Rich, creamy, caramel-y, and a pretty convincing argument that "too full for dessert" isn't a real thing.

Of course, there's plenty happening before dessert too. This week's specials bounce from Boom Boom Pork Tacos and cozy Shepherd's Pie to the Volcano Burger bringing the heat, with Friday's all-day Catfish Fish Fry waiting to finish the week strong. 🍻
