Attention, Attention please.
Let me try and describe the emotions I have typing out my jumbled thoughts - disappointment, optimistic, relieved, sad, hopeful and a few more. FFATS Brewing has been open since July 2017, the last 2.5 years have been trying for us and many others in the service industry. I kept saying it would return to pre-Covid levels but it simply hasn’t and hasn’t even come close. Its time to pull the bandaid, so with a heavy heart I give you the final hoorah for FFATS Brewing in Whitehall, WI. We will be temporarily closing for November. We will reopen December 2 and close for good December 17. We will be running numerous specials our last month in an effort to reduce our inventories so look for those. What’s in future? Excellent question, nothing written in stone but I dont feel this is the end of FFATS. I’m optimistic we will emerge like the less than perfect butterfly we are. Maybe a different location, maybe with different products (wine, cider, mead), maybe, maybe, maybe. I cherish the lifelong friends I’ve made by making and serving beers and am content to be a very tiny part of the history of Whitehall.
PS - a powerball win could negate this all 😄
