We’re so excited to welcome a new pop-up duo to our kitchen THIS FRIDAY (5/15). While it’s the first time + will be cooking in our cozy spot, it’s hardly their first rodeo. A bit about both of them…

Amy Cohn studied at Le Cordon Bleu in London before working in Michelin-starred restaurants in Chicago. She moved back to her home state of Rhode Island where she served as head sous chef of James Beard nominated Oberlin restaurant in Providence. Now based in Vermont, she continues to cook and bake, occasionally with ingredients in her own garden, and enjoys sharing pints of homemade ice cream with friends and neighbors.

Tim Shulga is a culinary professional with more than 20 years of cooking and baking experience. A graduate of Johnson & Wales University, Tim co-opened north Restaurant in Providence, RI. The chefs and restaurant received national acclaim with features in the Boston Globe, New York Times and as a semi-finalist for Eater’s Young Guns Award. After returning to his home state of Vermont, Tim has spent the last 6 years honing his baking skills including advanced lamination and artisan breads. Tim draws culinary inspiration from his travels and slavic heritage.
