Fave sandwich spot? I’m forever addicted to the vodka chicken parm at Casa d’italia Sandwich Shoppe in Harrison.
❓Did you know? A) This is husband and wife owned (tell Steve and Lucy Jeanne sent you!) and B) it’s almost 30 years old?
As for what makes their sandwiches so great, it’s a lot of love along with fresh ingredients, many of which are made in-house. The couple, with roots in the Bronx, still get their bread from one of their fave bakeries there.
