At open we’ll be pouring 4 amazing beers from some of the world’s best breweries celebrating Phase Three’s flagship IPA Pixel. Here’s the incredible list of beers:
Pixel
IPA - 6.5%
This is the beer that started the conversation. Phase Three’s flagship IPA brewed with Citra on a base of oats, wheat and pilsner malt.
Pixel Populus
DIPA - 8%
hailing out of Portland, OR has been brewing some of the best hazy IPA’s in the world. Utilizing threads from their grain bill, processes and 3 hops they use in their core haze, Populus, we introduce to you Pixel Populus. Featuring huge amounts of oats & pilsner malt and hopped at over 8lbs per barrel with Citra, Citra Cryo, Mosaic and Nelson.
Pixel Demoliri
DIPA - 8%
from Montreal have been crushing it for years now. Their hazy IPA’s are inspiring so we worked up Pixel Demoliri. Built from shared ideas on process and approach to build a perfect grain bill then hopped with a ridiculous amount of Nelson Sauvin and Motueka. Zesty lime and gooseberry pop out of the pour.
Pixel In The Machine
DIPA - 8%
the masterminds behind Ghost in the Machine worked with Phase Three to make Pixel In The Machine. This beer utilizes 100% of their grain bill approach. It’s hopped 100% of Phase Three’s hand selected Citra and their unique Parish Citra Abstrax. Hopped at over 8lbs per bbl this DIPA is filled to the brim with one of the most beautiful expressions of Citra we’ve ever made!
