Our tapas-style Summer menu has been flying off the shelf: mezze platters, Mediterranean dips, inventive + fresh salads, falafel, blistered shish*tos w smoked salt, Roman-style pizza, and oh so many arancini…!…everything made from scratch of course. Our Summer Knocktails are also on fire, along with our Weekly Classic, Weekly Shandy, and Weekly Spritz. The point here is that our menu is quite dynamic and changes frequently, mostly according to what’s available and in season locally…so come get it while you can!! Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 5pm until folks breeze the joint. XO

Knock Blocks have quickly become our signature snack. Made from Sugar House Creamery Dutch Knuckle cheese (and a few other simple ingredients) they happen to be gluten free, and no one seems to believe that once they taste them…but it’s true! Just like everything else on our menu, these are made from scratch by Chef T with a lot of love. More than one earnest guest had emphatically declared “this is the best thing I’ve ever had!” …a wonderful hyperbole, which we humbly attribute to the cheese…and the love. ❤️

THIS WOMAN!! My friend Sadie…I love her. She’s like a sister to me. She defines what it is to be a FORCE OF NATURE. There are no words for how grateful I am for what she’s given us. She helped me make this place what it is. I remember her interview from over two years ago, where we instantly clicked talking about Sasha Petraske and mixology history. I’ve never met anyone with more knowledge or skill behind the bar, and she just keeps growing and learning and teaching and sharing. She’s also one of the most generous and caring people I’ve ever met. She and I have had so much fun building this bar, tasting and talking, trying new things, exploring our pallets. I literally could not be more grateful. She’s moving on to a “bigger gig” across the lake, and it doesn’t seem like quite enough to just say we’re going to miss her terribly. But unfortunately tonight is her last night with us at The Knock 😢 so come in and help us give her the sendoff that she deserves. Sadie, we love you so much. Thank you for everything. ❤️ Oh great, now I’m crying at 9am jfc lol
