k ales. On-site charcoal and smoking ovens will produce rustic dishes served in a modern way; classic comfort food using great British produce. Signature 'smokehouse' dishes include Blue Boar barbecued baby back ribs, pulled rare breed pork collar, English mustard glazed rare breed pork belly and stuffed fillet of sustainable sea bass with preserved lemon, samphire and fennel.
