The pasta alla barese as it’s commonly called in America is a simple enough dish rarely executed well. What makes ours probably the best on Long Island. Our approach to ingredients. Fresh cavatelli finely chopped broccoli rabe . Finely grated garlic. Great oil and cheese. Cooked right. We remove the casing from the sausage and brown it to perfection. This is a satisfying dish that many over look.
