Fish Market Update

We wanted to share a quick update on our fish market.

At this time, with the road closures still affecting access, we’re unfortunately unable to guarantee timely deliveries of our fresh seafood. Because quality and freshness are our top priorities, we’ve made the difficult decision to postpone opening the fish market until the road is fully reopened.

This isn’t how we imagined our grand opening or our first month in business. Like many of you, we’ve had to adapt and take things one day at a time. We truly appreciate everyone who has supported us through the construction, detours, and unexpected challenges.

Thank you for sticking with us and rolling with the punches right alongside us. We promise the wait will be worth it. As soon as we can reliably bring in the fresh, day boat seafood you expect from us, we’ll open the fish market and celebrate with all of you.

We can’t wait for that day, and we look forward to serving you soon!

A Quick Clarification About Our Shrimp Scampi

We’ve had a few guests ask about the “12-15 count” listed on our Shrimp Scampi, and that’s on us for not being more specific.

The 12-15 count refers to the size of the shrimp we purchase, meaning there are approximately 12 to 15 shrimp per pound. It does not mean you’ll receive 12 to 15 shrimp in the dish.

We use premium, extra-large shrimp because we believe quality matters more than quantity.

The wording on our menu was an oversight, and we’ll be updating it to make that clearer in the future.
